2-Cone Agility Drills

The ability to sprint, decelerate, and then re-accelerate with in a short distance is the money spot when applying agility drills for soccer.

    Doing stuff like this is one of the reason’s the USA has failed to produce a single world class outfield player….producing ‘athletes’ yes…producing ‘soccer players’….not so much. Too much standing around and where are the soccer balls….? Soccer is a game of skill, artistry, creativity, decision making, field awareness….it is NOT a game of ‘bigger, faster stronger’….
