For 75 years, the United Soccer Coaches have helped grow generations of soccer coaches, and they’ve brought that insight into the digital age. With their online coaching, USC offers a “comprehensive yet focused curriculum inclusive of all coaches at all levels of the game.”
USC offers online courses for coaches across the country to become certified in all aspects of the game. From the principles of attacking and defending to a course on playing like a European club champion – it’s a one stop shop for everything coaching.

For licenses to coach at certain levels, coaches turn to the US Soccer Digital Coaching Center, but they also offer courses for the parent coach in all of us. They have a free two-hour video course, completely online, so you can familiarize yourself with the game.
If you’re looking for something a little more specific, sign up for an account for free to access their resources page – which features player development initiatives and much more. Sign up for a U.S. Soccer coaching course that they administer, or for a $25 annual subscription, you can get access to training exercises and session outlines to implement with your team.
Nike Academy Preseason
One of our personal favorites, the Nike Academy has taken training digital. Their videos, with soccer specific drills for all age groups, are some of the best on the internet. Check out this video to see for yourself.
