In order to score consistently against the better defensive teams, your team must be able to attack in a variety of ways and understand the concepts involved in countering and transitioning quickly in order to make quality passes and gets shots on goal.

He also demonstrates a drill he uses to teach the concepts and practice the skills needed in effective transition play.
